Biography
In 2005, Jay became of counsel to Frankel and Topche P.C. Jay provides tax planning and client representation in complex partnership, corporate, estate planning, and international tax matters.
Jay began his career and served as a tax associate at the law firm of Sills Cummis where he practiced until 1995 when he became a full-time tax professor at Rutgers University.
