Biography

In 1990, Larry co-founded Frankel and Topche, P.C. and serves as the Tax Director and heads the Firm’s wealth management practice.

Working across a wide spectrum of industries, Larry assists start up enterprises, growing companies, professional practices and closely held businesses, providing a hands on approach to tax planning strategies for individuals and companies. His thorough tax, wealth and estate planning experience for entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals encompasses the use of sophisticated tax oriented compensation planning techniques, succession planning and philanthropic giving programs.

His business insight and practical experience has resulted in various clients requesting his services as a trustee.

Larry supports attorneys in complex litigation and investigations. His extensive business knowledge and ability to develop inventive tax-advantaged structured settlements has been of particular value in dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions.

His experience includes financial consulting in all areas of business, real estate and acquisition and divestiture matters. A consultant to senior executives on special projects and personal planning, his financial background, broad domestic and international viewpoint and consultative skills are well attuned to the needs of Boards of companies and organizations.
