Biography

Steve joined the Firm in August 2003 as a Senior Staff member and was admitted as Director in July 2010. In his tenure at Frankel and Topche, Steve was in charge of many of the Firm’s complex audit, review and tax engagements. Steve maintains a passion for family owned middle-market businesses and serves as a valued resource by utilizing his strong entrepreneurial sense in assisting with the growth of his clients. Steve has successfully implemented several generational succession plans. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Steve worked at a large regional accounting firm in their accounting and auditing practice, was an associate at a local firm specializing in tax and tax controversy, and managed and operated, as CFO/COO, a regional distribution company. Steve applied these skills to his diverse client base, offering a hands-on approach to servicing his clients.
